By creating a room or joining a watch party on Watch Party (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Watch Party lets you create or join rooms that play a video URL in sync with other participants, with chat, voice, video, and screen-sharing features. The Service is provided free of charge, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Share, stream, or distribute content that you do not have the right to share.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other participants.
  • Transmit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

You are solely responsible for the content you share, the URLs you choose to play, and any communications you send through the Service.

4. Third-Party Content

The Service allows playback of video URLs from third-party platforms (such as YouTube, Vimeo, and direct media links). We do not host or control that content and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or availability. Your use of third-party content is subject to the terms of the relevant provider.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. The Service's own code, design, and content are owned by us or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
